It comes up with a message icon, I have found you need to scroll for it to show. Also make sure you have disabled your popup blocker, Edge has quite an aggressive one if you are using that.
Just used the online chat, and they were very swift in responding. Not with the answers I was hoping for mind, so time to go and give the dealer an ear bashing about lying about build/delivery timescales.
I gave my SLI number to the online chat assistant, and asked for an update on my order for my Formentor VZ2 310 in white. I was told by the dealer that i had a confirmed build of week 33, to be delivered mid to end of September. Cupra have said that they have no recollection of giving these dates, and they have no confirmed build date as of yet, and can only hope to be at the earliest late Novembe/ early December. Seriously considering cancelling now!
When did you order and through whom, was it a broker, dealer? I ordered the same spec (petrol blue nappa) on 13 May through a broker, UK Carline.

It’s great news for you, at least you know it has been built. Given Cupra UK being unwilling to disclose any details of my vehicle due to the contract not being held in my name, I am about to ask the broker for an update. To date they have stuck to the idea of an October delivery. I can just about cope with that, but the prospect of it being November or December is just too long a wait for me having ordered 13/05/21.

Similar to mine. I was told it’s at status code 30, which means it’s left the factory but not arrived at the port. Status 38 is arrived at port, status 39 on the boat. you ordered the day after me im at status 30.im hoping for status 38 or 39 next week ,dealers said it should be with them the 30th.
yes that's what they said...saying that its a long time 5 weeks from being built to the dealer its not exactly far to spain from the uk on the ferry.
Right, so I’ve just come off the phone to the broker, the guy who actually sold me the deal. He sold 40 VZ2 310’s in 6 weeks - he was one of 16 sales people. There are circa 500 brokers in the UK. He said the discount on the lease cost was bonkers (you only get a top level Corsa for the same money now). Add to that the new model year and semi conductor shortage and there’s no rhyme or reason to the delivery patterns he’s seen. They normally apply a cancellation fee of £500+Vat on a standard car or £1,000+Vat for one with extras. Given the unique situation they’re waiving all cancellation fees. He’s added me to his weekly update list. So, I’m gonna wait.

It doesn’t surprise me. When I’ve tracked some of the ships that leave Barcelona they don’t half take the scenic route. Some call in at half a dozen ports, the Aquarius Ace which is due in the Port of Tyne has been caught in the doldrums for days.
Had a response from leasing options today ....I was told two weeks ago of a unconfirmed build of week 33 but now updated it's not going to be in build and can't give me a date....ordered mid may vz2.
So leasing options estimate of September when I ordered is going to be way off the mark,I honestly have no idea when it will arrive.
