Is your pcv system deleted under there or is it stock?

All stock, replaced the system start of the year cos it was all old and split. I have considered a catch can but decided against it for now as its a daily stored outside.

Yeah I get a fair bit of moisture in mine. To be honest. I thought my head gasket had gone. Short journeys lead to a build up of gunk on the cap and dipstick. But when I actually use it and it gets hot no gunk. My pcv system had rotted

I also have the Fabia rear arm on mine as well, funnily enough I discovered a spare I wasn't aware of earlier on as it happens.

that's the one i have the SKODA FABIA conversion its better than the standard, pitty there is no aero type like ones i put on the front

The confusing part is that it looks like the Fabia used both the arm I've got on mine and the one that covers the whole blade.

I saw one of mine on the back of a Touran today so it looks like they're everywhere. At least parts aren't going to be hard to find.

Just got a quote for a clutch replacement. £900 for the clutch and £1,300 if it needs a flywheel too.

Looks like I'll be doing it myself then. I could get an LUK set including a flywheel for the price they'd charge extra for the flywheel.

Well following on my mood was dampened. I picked up some 16 bbs splits off a mk4 golf. LC capliers rub the inner side of the wheel

That’s where the rub is. Pretty far in to be honest. I mean a could dress the calipers it’s literally 2 mm but I don’t know I’m not convinced

Checking all the wheels they all have a scratch here. They have been diy painted before I got them so I assume that’s the issue. Too many layers have thickened them

That's insane !! - I assume that 1300 is clutch and flywheel combined ?

It is indeed for the clutch and flywheel combined. Not only can I buy the clutch kit with flywheel for just what they're charging for the flywheel, I can buy an engine support beam and a transmission jack and an ugga dugga gun and still have enough to take the girlfriend on holiday.
