Missing OBD Port - Leon Cupra ST

I’ve just jumped in to my new (to me) Cupra 280 to fiddle with the Carista app and found that there is no OBD port?

Or at least it’s not where it should be... on my A3 and Google both tell me it’s in the drivers footwell, right hand side.

But there’s nothing there on mine? There’s clearly a place where a panel should have been previously but it is now gone...

Any ideas? Could it have been physically relocated somewhere else in the car to prevent theft?

Photo for clarity...

Is it not the black block with the red connector? Even so, it would suggest its been moved for some reason or another!

As @bgb has said, it looks as though it's just been popped on the other part and someone has forgot to refit the plastic panel it slots into. Doesn't the footwell lighting also sit i that panel as well??

If I get time later I'll try get a photo of what it should look like along with a picture of the top side of the panel.

Yeah that entire plastic panel is missing in the car along with the footwell lighting...

Just spoke to the previous owner who owned it from new and he says that nothing was ever done to the car other than Seat warranty stuff.

But, thanks to your photos I have just found it stuffed down the side along with the main wiring loom.

So I’m going to need to order a new panel and footwell light now.

Much appreciated guys!

Maybe cheaper to find some aftermarket coloured ones (like my red ones) than genuine LED ones.
