Search for the word, I found that to be most helpful, try "click" or just "mirror"

I'm waiting for my obd11 to arrive and in the meantime I have read this thread til my eyes started itching and have been through android app and looked at what can be changed using credits and apps..

My question is, only sometimes does it say whether the ignition needs to be on or engine running etc.....
So if it doesn't specify, am I to assume the engine and ignition need to be off to apply the coding using the apps....

You need to have engine and ignition off to plug in the device then atleast ignition on for it to work however i normally have the engine on as i normally do my coding as i wait for the car to warm up before i go to work

So I tried the below instructions (taken straight from OBDeleven forum) to enable door lights flashing between white and red when the indicator is turned on.

Ambient door light with flashing and color change
With this mod, bringing the doors in red, when flashing, the door on the side of the indicator flashes between red and white.
1 - Module 09 - Electronic control unit. Code (31347)

5 - Change value to Blinken links (beide Phasen) BOTH SIDES OF INTERMITTENT or Blinken links (Hellphase) ONLY WITH INTERMITTENT LEFT

This seems to have disabled the red lights when in sport mode, and the lights only flash between white and off.
Is it possible that I've blown just the red LED's or am i missing something else?

Having a lot of trouble with this one. I'm currently in the below position.

In Normal mode the white LED is not turned on. When the indicator is turned on, BOTH left and right doors flash between white and off.
In Sport mode, the red LED is always on as normal. When the indicator is turned on, BOTH left and right doors flash between red and white.

I've diagnosed the no white LED to the following steps
21 - Select - Leuchte17TFL R BLK SRB3TFL R BLK SR KC3
22 - Submenu - Lichtfunktion A
23 - Change value to Blinken links Hellphase
Lichtfunktion A needs to be set to Ambientelicht 3 to retain white light, but no lights flash no matter what mode I am in with indicator on. I assume with this mod I have to sacrifice the white LED's always on.

What I am really struggling with is to get ONLY the corresponding door light to flash with the direction of the indicator. Does anyone have any further information on this mod?

Does anybody know if its possible to get turbo boost pressure using live data on the OBD11.

I did have a look through the various options but could not see anything obvious.

I am assuming only some spec cars have motors inside the wing mirrors.... Is there a quick and easy way to see if mine do?

When you lock the car, keep holding the lock button, the mirrors will fold if you have it

No it doesn't. And I did try the key fob thing and nothing. So nope I don't have motorised wing mirrors..

You've got the exact same model as me, As I said I've never had a problem - is it possible that when you originally attempted to fit a led into the boot light, it left some sort of fault in the ecu, even though you went back to the original ( everything then appeared fine ) but when you later fitted a different led the fault reappeared.
Presume you've used the OBD to check for faults ?

Yes. The, only electrical that appears is a footer lighting fault... But they are both working OK with LED's in.... In fact I've replaced all interior lights with LED's now.
I have changed my lights to Scandinavia LED's now. And all is OK.... So I'll keep an eye on it and see how I get on...
