Well I finally received my Red Rim Blades after two weeks of waiting, the first pair got lost in the post they said, yeh right they just never sent the first set least I got a free gift set, wheel cleaner, tyre shine, glass cleaner, bug remover, shampoo & wax, so well worth the wait, now to decide if I want to put the Red Rim Blades on my silver alloys or wait till I get them re sprayed Black?or a different colour? Oh decisions lol.

Luckily it was the bracket that holds the two parts together, bolts had disintegrated lol so new bolts and get it back to normal until I can get it on ramps. Still considering stainless though.

How was the powerflow on yours? I've got a local(ish) supplier. Been considering them. Although I can get a Milltek Non-Res Cat back for £439 fitted

Also got the option of ProSpeed and Longlife, but for the price of a longlife I may aswell pay the extra and get the Milltek.

Not good mate, I'm in two minds to lower mine and get a splitter, my misses says no lol buy I say yes lol but there's a lot of pot holes and speed bumps in Edinburgh, wish I had my money to get my air shocks, think I may just wait.

Finally after nearly 2 months of being parked up, I have finally got some time to spend on the Leon and have got a nice list going of the bits I'd like to get done.

Today I managed to wash and polish the car, fit a Fabia rear wiper and fit my new Cupra R interior.

Tomorrow I'm going to carpet the foot wells as have it stripped out totally and keep getting floor adhesive Grease on my footwear.

Was going in for cam belt/water pump/service and to have the lower dip stick tube replaced (crap plastic one had broken).

But they then found a rear coil spring had broken and they couldn't get the broken bit of the dip stick out so have now had to drop the sump and try to get to it from the inside out.

And very frustratingly they have an offer on Eibach springs which I would love to have taken up but am already in over £800 so that wont be happening.

Theres a wire mesh at the bottom of the tube that prevents debris from entering the sump

Only if it comes out nice and easy/cleanly , this one doesnt want to budge , I believe they even tried heating the block around it and it just crumbled/would not budge.

I had an Aprilia nicknamed "Frankie" (Short for Frankenstein), My LCR is gonna be nicknamed FrankieII :D

These are £3 odd from GSF car parts push on fit
