What's fitted UK?

Took mine and our little family to the Sunderland airshow, well my mums front garden BBQ and view of the bay, didn't seem as busy in the sky as last years . And the weather wasn't great

But my BBQ skills are awesome :)

Fitted UK show down weatherby race course you never heard of it started last year one of the best car shows to go to

Crawled back underneath it again this morning to re-seat the boost pipes that keep popping out!

Was bored so went to Euro Car Parts and got a Honda S2000 air filter to try for a laugh. Was only £11.

Sounds very weird when fitted but sort of nice lol.

Needs an additional silicone hose to extend it past the engine cover. Have refitted the OEM airbox for now.

Also discovered the boot was wet too, but after some investigating still none the wiser as to how its wet??

cant complain at that price can you, you know though they did a nice red and black one that wouldnt look so bargain basement ill try and find a pic.

make sure you angle it off to the right (facing) space for the best air flow, there should be a upstand you can use to support it too if memory serves.

Does look better black I must say but for £11 I'm not complaining lol. Maybe some left over plasti-dip would make it look better....

Fits perfectly over the MAF too without a jubilee clip. On the hunt for a cheap tube now.

Finally got my car back from the repair shop and gave it a good clean but could do with polishing again, might tint the tail lights, re carbon wrap the grab handles and boot badge and plastidip the interior silver plastics on the weekend so happy days is here again.

Just fitted my new Milltek Highflow sports cat and catback and did an oil change with millers nanodrive and a mann filter as I've heard its exactly the same as what the genuine VW are but lacking a VW stamp. Thank god I can get these things at trade price as I have saved a fortune.

Exhaust sounds great outside but abit boomy/droney inside but Ive been told there is a settling in period where the exhaust quietens down and tone changes a bit. The millers oil has definitely made a difference already running and sounding smoother.

Tomorrow shall be a day of cleaning and waxing. Must admit I hate waxing, love the end result but the few hours doing it bores me
