Thats good bud. Glad 2 hear its still running sweethow is it for getting the power down with what u are running?

It's hard in this weather but my tyres are getting a little low too so that won't help. I went out the other night and it didn't spin till the redline in 3rd like it normally does.:p

Im up in the aberdeen area ☺

Awesome part of the country. I love Aberdeen city, the building are awesome. Can see why they call it the Granite city.

You've got pleanty of decent roads and get lots of snow in the winter, what more do you need:D

Bloody hell the difference will be mental for you it you go from standard to stage 2+!!!!!!!!! Stage 2 was good and stage 2+/3 is another level again so you'll love it.

Car running perfect, thanks for asking. Done 2000miles now since rebuild and all is running as it should be. you don't need the intercooler for stage 2+ but it will help.

Well I haven't done much on the car lately as I'm in the middle of decorating the kitchen/dinning room. I have how ever been stock piling parts......

Ball joints and plates for bonnet mod
Gas strut for the above
Gas struts for rear boot/tailgate pop mod.
Sirocco boot bump stops for the boot/tailgate pop mod.
A set of 19" Porsche rims.

So the plans are to get all these fitted before the Cat and Fiddle meet on the 12th April.

Things to get done.

Strip tyres off the Porsche rims, as they are cheap tyres and I'm fitting a set of Goodyears in 235-35-19. The tyres that came on the wheels are 225-35-19 with 7mm but a cheap make. They will be sold on.
Get wheels refurbished in gloss black.
Fit boot/tailgate pop mod.
Fit gas strut mod to bonnet.
Buy 20mm adaptors new or second hand (if anyone knows of any for sale let me know please)

A bit to be going on before the meet so hopefully I'll get time in between doing the decorating.

I also sold my Brembo handbrake calipers as i knew it would be a while before I hit them fitted and there is other option on rear brake upgrade for the Mk5 platform cars.

Here's the wheels, they was dropped off Monday night.

Glad she is running good fella and them rims will look naughty once fitted [B)]

Cheers, hopefully I'll have them fitted for the meet on the 12th. Yeah they should look alright, if I'm.not keen I'll sell them on. I've seen a set of Compomotive Mo6's for sale but they are £750 but like new. Didn't know if I could have pulled of the motorsport look though. May be if I have the Martini colours I could have...........
