Nice wheels mate :love::love::love:
On the intake manifold issue you could have taken out the shaft from the original manifold and solved the problem for free (see image)...

Thanks mate.

Yes i know the shaft can be removed but didn't want to go down that route, the flaps provide low down torque and are fitted for that reason, so didn't want to not have them, cheers though

You sure your DPF hasnt been gutted? It should regen every now an then at least. Mines booked for a Terraclean on Monday.

Yes mate i'm pretty sure. I'm not a huge fan of Terraclean to be honest, used to provide a similair system a few years ago that caused damage and engine failure, even more so in higher mileage vehicles, the company went under because of it!

Alright mate car is looking mean! Have you got a different rear diffuser on? If so where bouts did you get it from?

Hi mate and thanks, it looks even better in the flesh! Yes it's got a different diffuser. It's the Triple R diffuser, search them on Facebook or Triple R Composites on Google

Did you fit the btcc spoiler Rich or was it already on? Mine needs one lol

Mine was already on but they are easy to fit. if you buy a genuine one they come with everything needed to fit, adhesive etc

Yours sure is missing one lol Would finish the back of your car off if you got one, more so with having the diffuser

No worries mate. Great to hear you have just bought an FR, you will find plenty of ideas on here for inspiration. Get some pictures up of it and your progress as you make the changes ;)

Car looks sweet Rich had similar wheels on my 306 Gti-6, i do like decent five spokes ;)

Cheers fella, it's getting there! I agree on decent five spokes, so easy to clean as well and enough space to stick your hand through the spokes and wash the back of the wheels! How easy a wheel is to clean is always considered when deciding on a set. Had a set a few years ago that took longer to clean than the whole car! :cartman: Never again!
