Definitely go for the China cooler instead of the others. Unless pushing the stock turbo or hybrid, look at peron or custom like myself and Banksy

In two minds really. Yes and no. Yes if you add the rs4 valve and meth. No if your happy to see what you can get from a hpfp.

I'm stage 1 now looking to gather all the bits for stage 2. My fiancée would buy me this for Christmas. I doubt she would spend £500 on the Revo one for me.

Ths/airtech/China cooler all seem to hit the flow limit at around 360-370 bhp.

what pressure drop measured across the core?

you will need to factor in the dynojets read higher than a lot of other dynos

what pressure drop measured across the core?

No idea to be honest. I have read the ths suffers from bad pressure drops but have no data. I believe the issue with these coolers is the tight angles in the inlets, also the s shape boost hose. Seems there are few bottle necks. Instant gains after fitting the wellycooler with better flowing pipework. Liquid gauge shows 10gs higher peak.

I've found this on the golfmk5 forum whilst doing some research, haven't found anything that compares the pressure drop on them though

10g/s is indicative of something (if) boost is same level comparison wise
