Yeah I am very jealous of your snidey chinese intercoolers that arent a direct fit
I'll try creation Motorsport.. I've mangled the end of the metal boost pipe a little trying to get the Chinese coupling to fit.. That's why I thought it's just be easier to cut it off and put a clamp around the pipe to secure it.. But I'll defo have a look at creation cheers.
Core itself is excellent..as said..it's the pipes. Or in my case this one bloody coupling lol. Other pipe went on/clamped on fine! and yeah I tried both couplings..both the same!

And the performance is performance is really proving itself. Even if you have to buy a new coupler it's still a great kit at a great price.
So basically Sam.. The metal boost pipe needs something inside it..then I can slide the silicone pipe over it & have some thing to clamp down onto (as the pipe will be 'strengthened' inside?)

let me correct that for you 1 person is having problems (DGF264), 3 people fitted it no problems (sambryant, Dan FR, joshkcupra)
even if DGF264 has to buy the coupler from creation motorsport hes saved a significant amount over the so called better named brand.

let me correct that for you 1 person is having problems (DGF264), 3 people fitted it no problems (sambryant, Dan FR, joshkcupra)

Not even remotely jealous lol. I'll happily pay more for parts that have had decent R&D and aren't made out of of cheap metal that weighs a tonne
As someone has said, if the core is decent then that's fair enough, but the fact that the snides don't even fit properly and are made of sh1t material, I'd rather spend a bit more and get one that is designed properly

Dont THS exhaust manifolds crack, Forge Dump valves leak, milltek welds crack?

Lol Banksy we all know it works mate, Betty is just on his windup spree, at the end of the day the only person missing out is him, so let him pay more for THS or Airtech for their imported R&D lol
Everyone knows the forge DV is sh1t. I'm a BCS "fanboy" so I don't have to worry about millteks cracking

It was a chew of a job..but it was the coupling that made the day sooooo long as we had to go out for jubilee clips blah blah.. Had the coupling worked, the time would have been loadsssss less lol.
