Haha. Good try mate. Want at least 70. Never fitted. Been sat under my bed for the last 3 months. Only went to see how low it would sit. But as I'm getting coil overs next couple months. Thought I'd sell. Also got a set of eibachs too lol

wow, you are having a bad day. what mileage and age is your vehicle. how much did your turbo cost.

Hi Stu, cost of turbo, new Garrett, fitted £1053, having rebuilt gear box fitted on Monday! The car is a Mk2 Leon 2.0 PD140, 2006 with 82000 on the clock, never spent so much on a car in 42 years of driving.

Obviously not floored it or anything yet as want to try and run it in for a bit, just to make me feel better. Siren noise is pretty much non existent and seems to be running fine. Cost £677 in the end so not as bad as I thought.

Shame it took so long but nice to have done. Its amazing how paranoid I feel driving it. Fingers crossed it lasts. I think I will look to change oil and filter every 6k to keep it running well

That's a good idea. I think mine needs changed soon. So will probably service it then. Any recommendations on oil, filter and plugs?

Drove around whistling and tssshhhh'ing with my new Evoms and then snapped 3 of the 4 screw guides on the silver bottom piece of the steering wheel getting it off so I could spray it black instead of the crappy grey that matches nowt in the car

You've reminded me that i need to do this to mine, although i want to match the colour of the car. Am also tempted to just buy a spare, incase i want to change back - surely they cant cost much...?
