Hmmm somehow i think tittie pics might be forbidden on this forum! haha

Back to the original subject, before my thread was rudely interrupted!lol

I've had a major thought of which didn't really cross my mind before! How much difference to insurance are graphics like that gonna make do you reckon? I think i'd rather take the risk if they are gonna rinse me for it!

That's my bad lol, They maybe banned on the forum although I do offer a free screening service via PM

The graphics would possibly make a difference but it depends who you're insured with?

I'd recommend Greenlight insurance, brilliant company purely because you can do whatever you want to your car providing it doesn't take the bhp figure into the higher bracket so whether it's tyres / wheels / tints etc they'll just note it down and accept it, they're well worth going with.

However some companies who aren't 'specialists' will see £££ signs when you call them and bump the price up so it's all dependant on who the company is you're insured with :)

Hope this helps

Mines due next month I'm going with Greenlight said I can map out on exhaust with changing premium. 500 quid comp was paying 1600 last year.

They're certai pretty good value wise, I'm 400 quid C now although I was 800 + on my Celica.

If it's a paint job then you can say it's standard ;)

I've never had insurance for 500 quid the whole time I've been driving lol. Always had points though I get rid of one lot and get given another 3 lol. Although it's got none that count now lol.

If the car was used as a demonstrator model then it would have had the paintjob put on it by Seat themselves

If that's the case then it would have left the factory like it so therefore you can class it as standard :)

If it's got a SEAT badge on the front it came from Seat didn't it ;)

Once they've finished using it as a display car they'll sell it on :)

It's still an ex demo car

It's like if you buy an ex police car from an auction, You didn't buy it from the police but they've used it so it's still ex police so same principle lol

Don't have a clue what you boys are chattin but there ya go :)

Graphics won't effect your insurance, to me looking at the pics of the car on their website, they look like vinyl graphics so get out there with a hairdryer to warm up the vinyl and it will peel off nicely then just give it a decent polish. I'm insured with Sky Insurance ( you get a discount being a forum member on driftworks) and I'm paying £435 fully comp, protected no claims on my Cupra-R with all mods declared, I am 34 though. I can send you Alex's number at Sky if you want to discuss insurance, he is really helpful and will get you a great deal. Hope you pick up the car Friday and enjoy giving it the beans!!

Hahaha I'm howling at this thread this morning! I know my Seat comes from Seat, honestly I really do lol I'm guessing it makes sense that its ex demo cause of its low mileage.. I shall definitely be asking them now x

Yes please send me his number, its always worth a try :) Looks like I'll have to collect it on Saturday as my mum works Friday (she's paying for most of it hehe) and I'll have to use that stupid punto to get me about. Will have to get it first thing Saturday and drop it off straight at home as my mates picking me up to take us on the piss in Manchester. She's point blank refusing to let me drive my new shiny toy!! Meanie lol:lol:
