Thanks mate on the feedback! But why I shouldn't have fitted the mood light? I am really happy with it!

Hehe.. Yes, but your car didn't;-) Since it start choking and losing pressure a couple of hours later..
I like the W8 also, but there is not so many of them with sunroof, as I have seen. Is it hard to fit? Do I only need the extra wire?

Mine is with a sunroof as well! The sunroof mechanism just pops out of the old one and pops right in to the new one.. i got it from a guy in UK who provides all wiring loom as well. Just extend and connect the extra wire to the light switch next to the steering column.. it looks really nice!

I heard that DS2500 cause the rims to get dirty faster and you need to clean them more often... is that the case? How about the RedStuff from EBC? Do they produce a lot of dirt?

However... Safety First so....

Thank you so much for clearing that up for me.
Seems like I got to search on e-bay. I found one on a Norwegian site, but it is £130 for the sunroof version with the adapter. Where and how much did you gave for yours?

I have heard the opposite, that both EBC and Feroro produce less dust. That is why I bought EBC. Mine do not produce a lot of dust, but I do not drive that much and do probably wash my car more often then a average Norwegian. :whistle:

What discs do you have? When I did some research when I bought my discs and pads, I found a guy with a Subaru that bought Feroro DS2500 and used them with brand new OEM discs. After a couple of weeks these discs had deformed, so he returned the discs. He then bought a pair of discs similar to OEM, which also deformed after 3 laps on ACR (Arctic Circle Raceway in Norway). It may be the way he breaks and not the combination of DS2500 with OEM discs that cause the discs to deform. Some are breaking very much and really hard and then park the car. Because of all the breaking the discs are pretty warm and when you stop the discs will cool down. But behind the pads it will not cool down that fast and the disc will deform. I have not heard of any similar situations, I don't know......

Just had rear disks and pads fitted (brembo) as the old ones had no pad left and the disks were scored. Also had the powerflex dogbone rear bush fitted while it was there. My god! What a difference that thing makes!

As I understand it;
They stop the engine rotating as much when accelerating so you aren't wasting as much energy. They also reduce wheel hop as a result so you put power down more efficiently.

From my perspective, it's night and day the difference since having it done. Felt a lot more planted when giving it the beans compared to how it used to be. The bush only cost about £21 from eBay and can be fitted yourself without too much hassle. Got mine done at the garage because the weather's a bit to grim at the moment.

Definitely recommend it.

Fitted my badger5 TIP. When I got mapped last weekend I got 255bhp and was told I would have got more if I had a badger5 instead of forge TIP. He showed me dyno graphs which showed a less modded cupra r go from 250bhp to 270 with no map changes other than the initial remap. The guy (Nicky at r--tech) clearly knew what he was on about so I bought it...... Holy f****ing ****! I can't believe a pipe could make all that difference! It absolutely flies now and a friend who said he thinks the mr2 he's eying would show me what's what doesn't seem so sure now..... Badger5 all the way, I'm massively impressed!

Well....

I was meant to be getting my FMIC and coilovers fitted today but was let down by the person who was meant to be helping me do it. So I decided to try out some of my new detailing products ive recently acquired, very happy with the results

Poor pics really dont do it justice..

Hi, I fitted my dog bone bush yesterday which is now vibrating the car when I pull away or when I'm higher in the rev range. Does yours do this? I'm thinking it may have twisted a bit when fitting the thing back into the subframe?
