I would get them but seems a waste of money for one day. If there were more big meets then I would.

I keep thinking bout doing it is only £5 and if you take pic you could use it then rather than trying too blank it out.

Hmm don't drive my orange seat anymore since I sold it for another car but a few of you might remember me!

Sold the car to my mate and he's given me the parts back!!
Induction kit, and wind deflectors!

Anyone interested? Because they are no good for my new car =\

link to some pictures of the induction kit here --> http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=376058

How much for the wind deflectors?

How much for the wind deflectors?

I think they are approx £30 new? so probably around £15 pick up or £20 posted?
The induction kit 'intake cone' is a bit rusted from wet weather when we had all the rain a few months ago but this could be replaced for around £20. Other than that both items are in good shape.

Wind deflectors are like new and still have the clips so they wont fall off once installed =]

Ugh I have not driven my Leon for a long time now, ever since the surgery on the 25th of May. Is that bad for the engine or battery? The weather here is fairly hot, though.

Is not bad for the engine no but your battery could be getting low. If your going to be laid up much longer, you may need to charge it.

Thanks for your reply. What if I have someone fire up the engine every two or three days and let the heat gauge reach below 90 and then turn it off?

How long you going to be out of action for?

Cars sit in compounds for ages sometimes until they are sold.

Don't bother starting it. You could also put the cars electronics into transport mode to save battery if you have vcds:)
