Sorry lads missed these two posts.

Believe it or not Dolby, this is how my car sounded before hand:

James, I'm really happy it's running well again :) just need to tidy it up a bit for Inters. Decided to give it a proper run ;) last weekend and it was great :D first time it's put a smile on my face since last year.

It's still quite a fun car the way I've got it set up. I doubt it'll be going anytime soon, can't afford an upgrade and don't see the point getting something similar or worse.

Good man. Top common sense right here imo :)

With the engine forged now, you can always go bigger turbo further down the line now when it's convenient.

The grilles are for the Leon Cupra the part number is 39151 S6A E02

It comes like this:

You will need to cut out these pieces and throw the rest away as it doesnt fit:

The centre piece is home made but really easy to do.

Awesome thread pal - and real nice motor, question about the front grill , how do you pop the bonnet ? the peg that pokes through the grill now does what ?

Cheers mate, the peg comes through the centre grill, the ones pictured are the side grills. I had to cut a slot for it to come through. You can just about see it on here:

Back from inters, had a great time but my god the journey back was hard work after a day of drinking on Saturday.

Before I went I decided to make a new front grill as I was 100% on the badgeless grill. So I bought one of these and cracked on:

Old vs new:

Couple of pics to show the new grill fitted:

Definate improvement.

Cheers for the pics mate :)

Was good to put a face to the name. I was rough this morning.

Ditto, the first two times I came round looking for you I was like, do you know who Richard is, and of so where he might be, got some weird looks I might add lol! Hope you had a good time though mate, maybe I'll be on the stand next year with you all :)
