Just realised I have not kept this quite upto date, silly me.

Anyhow here is my oem oil return modded to take AN10 fitting. This will join up to braided SS hose and connect to the bottom of the turbo.

I have been busy this week making a DIY DV relocation kit to suit my super size dump valve, very very pleased with the results.
Black is my doing, red is my old forge, not man enough for the super size valve

Just held into place

As I say I'm pleased with the results :)

This is all my bits to fit.

Aks downpipe
Aks decat
Aks actuator bracket
Oem head gasket kit
Walbro 255 uprated fuel pump

Ignore my toe

Lastly I have bought the latest exhaust wrap, titanium and volcano rock wrap. Not cheap but awesome reviews. Will never fade in colour or fall apart. Can with stand constant 1800f. I bought graphite wrap on my k04 dp, fell apart pretty quick and changed to white. At least with this new wrap as it can bee seen at the top of the bay, will always look good.

Peace out

These are not the black chrome like I ordered due to them being impossible to get hold of but I do like the flat black. I was looking at black chroming kits and do it myself but not sure I have the balls to paint over brand new alloys. Any thoughts?

Sam whats the offset on these ? they look like your going to need some pretty big spacers to clear the Brembo's and shocks

Et 48 on these Darren. I have some 15mm spacers spare, but I may not need them due to the concave style. I also have so caps for the holes not being used :)

Ps I was thinking about lacquering them.

Thanks for the comments all.

EL's Rota's are the same offset and he's running 15mm bolt on spacers.
Personally I don't think they will clear the calipers but if the do your next problem will be clearance on the shocks as the wheels will be sitting in too far.

Hi all
sorry for the lack of update, I have been pretty busy over the last few weeks. I'm pleased to say I'm now a farther to my first baby. My partner Kirsty gave birth to our daughter Imogen Mia Bryant on the 18th of June. It's fair to say life has been very busy, not just with Imogen but trying to sort my car out ASAP.

Here is a recent photo of Imogen

Back to business.
Firstly my wheels arrived safely from the states. They arrived in matte black but as some of know I had plans to make them glossy

And here they are fitted, coilovers need to settle, car had been on stands for 3 months lol

I'm over the moon with them, just the look I was after.

I have pretty much finished my big turbo build, ( more photos to come when I get time)

I have tried my very best to archive the best finish possible, I love how the engine bay looks, I love how the turbo sits. Few more things to do before its all finished.

Also I tidied up the bonnet strut bracket, basically I removed it by drilling off the welds. Filled in the holes and smoothed. Primer and top coat. I then fitted a ball joint onto the strut brace. This gives a good oem finish and works so well.

That's pretty much upto date, but will post more detailed photos of the build at a later stage :)
