The standards are sooo pants

Not sure tbf. Probablly some rifle drilled ones from bill. Need to do abit of research in them as the crank gunna be different.

Tryin to decide on pistons atm mahle motorsport or wossner pistons :confused:

Why have you done that with headbolts? I get the theory but Need to be replaced anyway

So i know which bolt came from where and with what im planning ill use them to check clearenece on everything like the pistons clear the oil squirters etc

Planning on using stud and nut conversion and i only wanna torque them up once lol

Gotta find a large port head that will probably stall progress. Port yours. Depending on what power your going for then not sure it would make difference?

Supertech valves?

Might get a large port aswell and decide later.

Must get my alloys done soon, that place on warick road andrew?

Did they do that dent? i was constantley loosing psi when i had a similar dent on my old alloys
 
Not much happening at the mo, waiting on parts from powder coat and delivery of parts.

But after much chat in the mk3 section ive decided to re-vamp my suspension again

Going to see how much difference the mk3 golf wider arms make.

Any way whilst quiet at work my wallet took a dent or too by ordering

Compbrake adjustable top mounts
Ball joint extenders
Powerflex black series bushes for the front wishbone and the 4 for the cross member subframe
New ball joints abs sensors wheel bearings and flanges and the golf wishbones.

Ive also had my hubs machined to flip the track rod ends and the bearings pressed out etc

Progress is painfully slow atm but suspension revamp amd rejig of the intercooler pipe work should be able to sort a few more things then
