Boring the block to put Overdimension Mahle Pistons with lower CR than before.

Redline Assembly lube on all parts

Coated Skirts + Coated Crowns on Mahle Motorsport Pistons.

Almost ready bottom..

Also have talked little more with CATCAMS reg Cams.

Old RS6 Brakediscs totally worned out so new discs modified to fit my Offset

Closest is after changing bells to ones with right Offset:

Brakecaliperrefurb.co.uk Looking forward in getting them back

Also something new for the rear is started but wont be finished in a some time.
But hopefully not to far away.


I saw that the Powerflex Engine mounts under the car was not in best condition
So order a set of these

based on Quality Garret 600+ Core and also will have Hardpipes all the way from turbo to this single IC. Should keep things cooler than my previus setup ( S3 + Twintercooler) that had a hard time last summer..

He will help me and learn me how to do this kind of work

Yes not much that has not been touched on this car now
haha i understand. my gf does not like this car either so i try to keep my upgrades a secret..

i use Pirelli SottoZero Series II 19" this year and liked them very much
did not have them on for real long before i started the rebuild but like them.

have the same on myc other car but in 17"

one small pic update

I wanted cold air intake that filter is under the headlight so it was redone and now is like this.

Test mounted before everything is coated.

PPT custom made IC kit based Garrett 600hp core with Hardpipes,


Head is Assembled now.
Complete Ferrea valvetrain, new valveguides, radius valveseats and streetported

Also im really happy to announce i will be putting a set of Catcams cams in engine

But i will break in Engine first with the cams i have now.
SO wont be putting them in for atleast maybe 3-4 weeks after the show i have to be ready for now.

Then we will do a Dyno with the Cams in now.
And then Swap them out and Dyno again with same conditions and compare them.
Will be really fun and interresting seeing what cams can give on this engine platform

Will start with Catcam Stage 2
