Those rear calipers look nice Rich. Would you be good enough to send me a PM with the prices of those calipers buddy? I'm looking into having mine reconditioned, so would be curious to see the price comparison.

Thanks. Have a good Chrimbo buddy :santa:

42DD shifter bushes turned up today:

So decided to crack on and get them fitted:

When removing the OEM bushes I noticed that the front/back bush was very soft, alot more worn then the side to side bush. This must be the reason I've been having problems selecting 3rd . So fitted the bushes and took the car out, problem solved :D

hope you did too mate, they're really good for the price and so simple to fit. I didn't even have to widen the holes on mine, just give them a wiggle and on they went.

Good work mate :D They're a cracking little addition to the transmission setup!

Found mine very precise to change gear. They do what they say and eliminate the slack within the throw of the changes.

The car gets better mate, keep it up! Hope you had a good Crimbo :)

I think the reason I needed to enlarge the hole was the Forge short shift. I've read in a couple of place people with the quick shift had to adjust them to fit. Any word on your rod kit?

Were they the ones that were on back order from Awesome Richard? If they're back in stock, I'll order some. For loose change, they're too good to pass on. Hopefully it'll stop my third gear clunk, like yours has... I want to reduce my throw on my Forge short shifter to around 25% anyways ;)

Cheers mate, yes they're a great little mod for the money. Had a decent christmas, hope you did too :)

I've got the short shifter on mine mate, must just depend on the batch. No word on the rods, I've been keeping an eye on the group buy on facebook, Issam mentioned he would try and get everything posted the Friday before Christmas, whether he did or not, who nows. He's not back at work until 02/01.

They are mate, get them ordered, they won't disappoint.

Hi mate,

Apologies for the late reply, just split up with the missus and trying to get stuff shifted back to the rents for the time being so the cars last priority at the minute.

I've not got a guide but I'm well overdue for fitting my oil cooler and getting all the front grills off for a fresh coat of paint so once that's done I'll get some pics for you.

Pleased to hear it helped mate:

Right, sorted myself out and I've got a couple of updates:

Fitted the oil cooler:

Currently running with the OEM slatted LCR grills as all the honeycomb grills will be getting coated in matt black plastidip.

And I've now got everything for the build:
