You should be fine with H7R man. My friend has standard H7 and its seriously bright. I think they're 6000k as well. They come with a black strip on them

Still not fixed :'(

It went to an independent who checked it over and said the engine seems healthy, compression tests are good etc. however the spark plugs were knackered. They were replaced but it's made no difference. So coil pack and spark plugs are both new now.

He says it could possibly be the timing out which is an engine strip down, or an injector blockage, but I need to get it back to seat and tell them to sort it because it's only 2 years old and 30k miles... And that if they won't, threaten legal action!

I'm fed up now, can't even get insured on anyone else's car :(

If it's an injector it's well easy to replace.

You could move no4 injector to say no1 and see if the fault moves. Then you know.

Yeah the guy it's been with said the worrying thing is the fault code is - 'random cylinder misfire' or something along them lines. But it was initially p0304 cylinder 4 misfire.

Today I fitted my 42 draft design gear shifter bushes which has made a difference to the feel on gear changes etc and has removed what free play there was at the gear stick.
Great mod wish I'd done it before now.

Then I fitted my BCS intake which is a cone filter inside a carbon fibre air box which acts like an air scoop.
Again I've tried most intakes for this car and I must say this one is by far the best.
I had confidence as its made by the same people who made my exhaust which has been excellent.
Anyway the best way to describe it is that its pretty much silent inside the car but the most noticeable thing is the car hasn't lost any of its low down torque which it lost with all the other intakes.
In fact I'd say it has increased the low down torque and what feels like a huge performance gain.
I nearly bought this before buying my twintake and now wish I had.
Think this maybe a one off I'm not sure but not am I glad I've got it.
Best description would be "absolutely fantastic"

Intake looks smart Kev but i prefer to hear mine inside the car, Although intake temps where quite high with the Neuspeed on the RR the other week

cut my engine cover to fit over the Evom Intake, Also found that it helps keep the heat away from the intake filter and slightly reduces engine noise!

Nice intake, i like the way it is constructed to keep hot air away. Have you logged your IAT ?
But not sure about the surface area of that filter. Seems to be smaller then normal, typically you would like to increase the filter area to secure the possibility of air access.
Any pictures of the filter itself?
