Make your own, I made my headlights with a friend at his store, the cutoff is perfect

Guys I have a problem with my left projector, the bixenon shield is giving me high beam and doesn't want to go back to its place, any ideas on how to make it work again

WD40.

I'm pretty sure that health and safety means that the default position is dipped via a spring.

I would have thought that because you made them yourself you would know this?

I might buy a kit but I'm confused between the 55w and 75w and fix my left bIxenon projector

I would make my own, but unfortunatley i dont have the time to do it!
So i would much rather buy a set from someone who is willing to sell me theirs? :D

Let me know if anyone knows where i can get a cheap set =]

A set of projectors won't be cheap!....however if its the kickup that bothers you why not open your current ones up and replace the metal plate that produces the kickup with a new one. Many people use a aluminium coke can cut to the right shape...works a treat from what I've seen!

You only need one day to do it, 3 days for the silicon to stick well

That gives me an idea. I am not a fan of the kickup on my lenses either, although I am scared to open and close it because the silicone jobs I've seen are pretty nasty looking. Is it easy to replace the metal plate thing?

Firstly, don't use silicone on the headlights....I've done a lot of research and I hear it's not good to use! Acrylic filler for sealing around the projectors (I believe that its the same as decorators chaulk!) , Butyl sealant for sticking the headlight lenses back on, and epoxy resin to hold all bolts in place etc.

Anyway, opening the projectors is easy as it's just a couple of screws in the corners. The metal plate with the kickup is literally a piece fo metal sandwiched between the two halves of the projector. All you need to do is take it out, use it as the template (i.e. for the right height etc.) and then insert your new one by using the coke/sprite etc. can, unless you have a small piece of sheet aluminium/stainless steel about.

Bi xenon projectors are a bit more tricky due to the shutter inside however it's similar to the above. Standard project lens ones are very easy to do.

P.S. if you do the above and break your lights don't blame me! :D
