Dad insisted I had winter tyres fitted to my car, so spent the day trying to find a 16" set of alloys to put some on. After a few hours found some VW ones locally so bought them! Got a set of tyres from my local garage which I always use. So this is my car for winter!

Can anyone with a FL Cupra (R)? get any pics of their front skirt where it's black instead of body coloured? I want to get mine wrapped, but not sure where the colour needs to finish/the shape of it.

Also - does the black go all the way under to the back of the bumper piece or just slightly so it's out of view?

Ta!

@Kaza, you can find ones on eBay. They'll range between 40 - 70 GBP.

I truly like them as well but two problems: 1) I have a set of floor mats that are pretty large so it'll be hard to even see the pedals from them. I keep moving the mat from the under the gas pedal in order to be able to fully accelerate - it's really annoying but I guess I'll just cut/tailor them to fit rather than buying a new set since they actually cost me a lot. 2) I don't know if they are worth 50 GBP.

Do these just place on top of the current pedals or do you have to remove the old ones and install these?

Thought I'd check my oil level 1st time since a main dealer service 4 weeks ago...

To my horror, level was right at the bottom of the minimum mark! Damm stealer must have put the bare minimum amount of oil in at the service! I've used 750ml of oil in 18k miles and after only 2k since the dealer service I'm on minimum.....

Lesson learned... Check level before I leave the dealer.next time.!

Off to Halfrauds tomozz to pay a fortune for a litre of top up oil!

Thats why you take your own oil to the dealer such as 5w-30 or 5w-40. 4.5litres worth and it will be done ;)
