Ok little update for a while... I kind of killed him :face: ah well.... Started knocking its tits off last night and running on 3 cylinders. So I got home and took head off today...

During...

Cams out and its all became obvious

Found 4 over inlet valve caps cracked!

Damage to cylinder 1 piston

Bent valve

After looking into it, I have found the HVA has been locking out and hitting the cap causing it to crack, you can see the marks on both parts! Shame.... time for a rebuild then!

Little update I took Vinnie up to Chester to visit Kev G from Migweb on last bank holiday of August last year to do EVO triangle and this year was no different like an annual thing now lol...

So far it looks like its got the extra option of the Bilstein B14 coilovers (which costs £899) and the "sticker" pack (which was £999 - mental I know)

The cars opitions extras are Sight and Light pack, Bluetooth and cruise

So first owner paid a total of £25,488

Anyway thats the boring stuff done

So early start 5:30am this morning

3.5 hours drive to Scunthorpe, have good look around can't fault him so far, paid and job done.

Harley had the joys of driving him home

Mileage covered today and total mileage

Took couple pictures but only in garage will take some better ones soon

Tucked away with Monty, Vinnie (Astra VXR) is in another garage for now but still nice and dry

These brakes are epic, I have bought a set for Vinnie too

dammit i was going to go to ace but didnt in the end would have liked to have seen this. really nice mate just not a fan of the blue calipers, doesnt go with the theme of the car. apart from that though really nice.

Was very busy down there, I was in main car park which was good one the chosen few...

I agree but all VXR's come with blue calipers astra,corsa etc doesn't matter on body colour

Had parcel today.....

So one dirty car goes on ramp

My car has the centre section of a milltek so that needed to come off...

New Milltek "race only" pipe and tbh its not that loud...

All done

IMO its not as loud as my Astra VXR but its got nice noise and pops and bangs sweet

Oh and to prove the B14's

No comes with B12's these were an extra opition... So yer kinda not someone fitting them after!!
