removed my cam cover too
Spent half an hour Saturday making some radiator brackets to move it back level
fitted my cam cover too

Wasnt me mucka would of been the lad before, Shep. He sold this to buy a T4 van to convert to a camper so must of been him lol. Ive only had it about 8/9 months lol
Bit of an update.
Was suppose to get loads done today but didn't all go to plan
I left aload of stuff I needed at home mainly the main bar I'm going to hang the Intercooler off so this stopped me actually hanging the cooler, routing the pipework, beading the pipes, trimming the bumper, putting headlights in and few other things.
I got some stuff painted and back on tho and mounted my battery tray in the boot!
I'll upload some pics when I actually get some where!

Been away for a week and love catching up on what you have done. Paint looks flipping sweet. Can't wait to see it all assembled again.

took a few bits off to paint so here we go
alternator, tensioner, bracket and pas pump pully
pas pump
gave the rad brackets/spacer a lick of paint not the best but stops them standing out
started re-fitting it
refitted the non ac belt
thanks to yellonvi-R i got these
spare set, got something up me sleeve tho
fitted the front all up
first size up showed the problem lol
so hack saw came out
also cut the cross bars down on no pic tho but ill get one
should look something like this towards the end
but as i didnt have the bracket to hang the intercooler i fitted my battery cage in the boot and striped the passenger side foot well out.

It's a toyosport cooler off eBay about 80 quid delivered
It's 600mm x somert x 3inch out let's
Alot to make fit would be tight fit with the aircon rad still in lol

I was looking at the Mishimoto ones but I'm not sure they're worth the extra just for some powdercoating.

Toyo where rated well when i was looking that's why I went for this one, i brought this one as I sold my hybrid turbo lol
