Fitted my ITG kit today. had to modify it as it was the K03 one and like a propper tool made the hole on the wrong side of the pipe. Will see about getting a replacement from ITG if they do them.

I'm not sure mate, but I never had any problems with Renault when my car went in for warranty work 600,000 times lol. Just such a shame that my first impression of SEAT dealers has been a bad one :(

We'll get there in the end, I'm sure!:)

I can't understand why the stealers don't want more work. They can charge much better prices back to SEAT than when they're doing it for a normal customer.

Plus, they can change whatever the hell they want as long as they have a half arsed reason.

When I had my Corsa, the garage bit my hand off for warranty work.

this the most awkward part will be modifying the engine cover?!?!

shall be interesting putting it back together when it comes to the end of its lease next year lol!

Cant wait to start it up,

If you do the engine cover could you take some photos of how its modified? I put my P Flo on and really want the cover back on as the engine is ugly!

From a full tank of Shell Regular Diesel with a bit of Redex I got 582.5miles from the stated 610 when I left the station. Worked out to be about 48.2MPG from my calculations on a 1.9TDi engine.

Was mainly mixed driving other than the first 250ish miles which were straight motorway.

Is this decent or can I find a way to improve this?

I think the 1.9tdi could really do with having the 6 speed gearbox. Try pulse and glide I've got into the habit of doing that now and it's really helped on fuel.

Or strip the spare wheel, back seats etc. 1.9tdi superleggera style!

I too washed my car, took me three hours! First time ive ever done more than a quick wash, hose down and dry.
I remembered my parents bought me an autoglym kit with polish in so i used that after the wash. Wow! What a difference! The sun came out after and it looked really good! Sort of like gold specks in the black metallic paintwork, havent seen that in the 6 months ive owned it!

Went shopping and bought a powerwasher. Car is filthy so looking forward to giving it a good clean tomorrow (weather permitting!). Also spotted fellow forum member & Leon owner ddc for the second time this week. :)

Gave the FR a wash, including some deep cleansing of the alloys.
Had to, as it was looking mucky next to our brand new white Qashqai ntec+ :)

Found a bunch of black specks all over the sides behind the front wheel arches. Any ideas? Only come off when scraped with fingernail.

Looking good mate. Alloys look very shiny!
I cleaned my mates car today, not mine. Someone had scuffed a line down the entire N/S of her car, so it got some TLC (wash, scuff removal, SRP & Wax), and came up like new!
If I'm honest I wanted it to rain so I could watch it bead! haha

Sounds like tar to me. You can get "Tardis", or something similar to get rid of that :)

Pretty happy with it although the angle of the edges could have probably been the opposite direction
