Well it works i think dont really notice it :p
The First intank fuelpump i got didnt work so when we started it i just connected 12V to the USP pump and the car ran fine with only that connected.

I hope the realibility is good but dont know yet.
it is a hell to mount it i can tell you anyway :p

Wow to all of this thread !

Well i have the forms at my garage for Bonnet and rear hatch or whats it called..
and also for the B and C thingys that is black plastic oem..

It is made from my OEM hood and so. Only thing is that my friend that has done all the carboon work doe4snt live in sweden any more.. He mowed to Vietnam xD

But i have companys here that can do the hood in good quality with my forms.
But it is quite expensive. If you like I can help you arrange that. but with shipping and so i think it will be quite much. atleast you dont need the formcosts as i already have them :)

The ABS system works, you don't have de code anything... But the ESP isn't working... I will try to get the codes from an Audi S3... The module that has to be coded so the ESP can work, is the ECU... you have an option in the engine control moduel, the AWD option but the module doesn't accept the coding... If we can get it to accept the coding it will work. At the ABS control unit the fault code that I get is "module installed incorectly" witch is not actualy a fault code, it's more like a status.

If this doesn't work we will have to change the ABS module with one from an Audi S3.

Keep in touch...

ok. But i promise you the ABS Doesnt work. at least not on my car?
I have driven for over a month now. and when you brake hard the brakes locks.
So ABS Doesnt work. ive tried codes from S3, A3, R32 and Tiguan and it accepts the codes but the same fault.

it says Incorrect Module installed on mine not that it is installed incorrectly.

Just the ABS and ESP that doesnt work nomather how we code it. besides that the car and AWD works very good with no issues with AWD system. I drive it daily.

What we think is that the ABS Module will need to be changed. but I hope it is just that we have wrong codes. :p

My Ecu has Accepted the AWD codes and everything works for me we coded everything with VAS.

THank you, yes I used to be in contact with the person you are talking of, was it SVK customs?

The tailgate rear hatch (Boot we call it) would be amazing to have if its good quality fitment.

I got to Afghanistan with work in a couple of weeks when I return, if you dont mind I will contact you about a bonnet and possibly boot produced for me :)

Thanks again for your time & an inspiring build thread!

In my car the ABS works, it doesn't lock the wheels. I to drive it daily and thusfar I have no issues with the 4wd. I will try in the weekend to do some hexa coding. I will let you know if it turns out anything.
As days pass it seems more likely that the ABS module has to be changed.

well dont have any good videos on the road yet as i have a faulty Lambda sensor i need to change and a small exhaust leak on the vband from turbo to downpipe..

need to take time and fix them and also the ABS modul.. :p

But still it runs quite ok..

a friend has a new Audi RS5 and after some talking and so we went to test..
the first runs he didnt film :( but he got 4 videos anyway..

i cant wait to get the missing 100hp or so.. :D

I was a bit surprised and happy with the Audi RS5.. I thought i had to eat upp my words i told him before we went out driving haha. As my car isnt mapped and ready. and also exhaust leak betven turbo and downpipe and disconnected Lambda sensor as it flipped out with the exhaust leak or it is boken i dont know :p But i have an eye on the wideband lambda i have installed on my gauge so it doesnt go lean..
But it turned out well even all of this. :D

Now i am very triggered to get the last things sorted and upp on rolling road and finalize the mapping and so :)

Just round the corner.
I like the second video. Bet the tanker driver got worried, seeing and hearing the bang. If you ever want to do a UK conversion I know a Red cupra that could do with being AWD.
