need a daylight shot they are not as bright as the camera makes them look

Was it hard to get the big LEON letters on the boot?

I see them for sale on ebay.

Did you have to put each letter on separately or was there a sticky backing on both sides that held the letters in place while you stuck them on?

so why is my Boost Gauge so far out?

this reads to the OO of BOOST

here you can see a screen grab from Torque showing boost peak at 21.4 PSI

These as standard push around about that psi (21.7 psi), but the fact that yours is 200bhp, it should be pushing more.

Did the needle in the autogauge always rest at that spot near 0psi but slightly below it?

Is the power still there and can you hear the turbo spooling and doing its thing?

Before having the Remap I was seeing about 17 PSI on the Boost Gauge
Since the Remap it goes off the scale

I did not have android phone before the remap to use Torque so unsure as to what boost was.

Wow that's some difference. Is the air pipe free from twists, kinks etc?
I noticed on mine that the grommet actually was fairly pinching the pipe, this was helpful in my case, as it helped to stop most of the buzz I was getting from the needle.

I used the pipe that was supplied with my gauge, but I noticed a narrower diameter pipe I had fitted on aswell. I would imagine this would affect the reading if I used that.

Did you get much buzzing from the needle in the gauge? I'm sure this wears the mechanism over time.

If thats when you first turn your engine on, my 306 used to do it. I think its just because there is more of a vaccume in the intake when the engine is cold, not sure why but I used to have exactly the same problem and once it had warmed up it would rest at 0psi on idle.

mine buzzes alot

also on full throttle mine goes off the scales at the OO too sits at about 27-28psi

yet craig at got boost said it wasnt boosting much over std on the laptop ??
