How the hell are you managing results like this...from a spray can!? Or is it that essential flattening down and machine polish that vastly improves the finish? Top job son! :)

 Wheels are going to look insane :) When d'ya reckon they'll be done Arun?

Not sure tbh, taking my time, don't want to rush things. Will all be done around end of feb/march time :)

Well i'm managing to get a decent finish with just the cans, but the flat and polish is getting even better results [B)]

Cheers brah.

I did send them a different picture but they chose that, ah well, everyone on there knows what my car looks like anyway!

Booked into the bodyshop next week
Getting the front bumper, bonnet, centre grill, door mirrors, top of the doors where lacquer has peeled, rear bumper and boot! Can't wait till it's done and the car looks presentable again!

I think Arun meant the US Bump strip, will look crap all colour coded, needs the black to set it off in places :)

Everything? Including the splitter and rear valance? Surely not? Want some contrast brotha! :)

I'm with him! ^

Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. That'd look poo, plus I'd rip the paint off at the first speed bump I get to lol

You may as well paint the car yourself with rattle cans, the finish you got on those barrels is slightly amazing!

Thanks man. I want to invest in a compressor/ paint gun etc so I can start doing some spraying myself! Hate using rattle cans lol

I agree... Im usually a big fan of everything colourcoded, but the Bora needs the black as it just looks right!

Yup, as sujjy said. Don't worry, it's not all being colour coded [B)]

Car was dropped off this morning, will probably be there till the weekend, till then I'm driving this 60bhp non turbo beast

Your wheel refurb skills have pushed me on, got the 996's out the shred and started the sanding.

Think I've settled on Crackle black faces and barrels now, but still a fan of the Meteor Grey centres aswel

You having gloss black barrels/polished lips then... What colour centres you doing?
