I've just spoken to Seat Customer Services, tried to get through to Simon Akroyd, but he's apparently quite busy just now!
The first thing the chap asked was, 'Is this about injectors?' so I replied honestly that I was worried about them cutting out on may daily motorway journey. He said that they have proved through testing to VOSA that the vehicles will still drive safely for a short while after a failure, so it is not a full recall, but they will be issuing letters to unaffected owners in the new year.
I then gave my details and I wasn't on there system, so wouldnt have been contacted!
Now waiting on Simon calling me back (within 48 hours apparently...)
