Finally done my door seals with the right stuff but I can't for the life of me get the last 2 bolts back into the bottom of the panel on the driver side door. I think I've damaged the threads as its ripped one of the bolts. Pretty gutted as I now have to take it to a garage to have a look at it.

It's deffo the threads that's damaged. I took the butyl stuff off so that the panel was flush and it still didn't catch. Really pissed about it as its the 2nd time I've done this and its never caused any bother.

You might have got away with it the other bolts and the butyl might be enough, if not they will need re-tapping.

It'll probably need re-tapping so hopefully my mates garage can help out tomorrow.

I've taped the window up at the bottom of the window so that should keep the water out till I get it sorted.

Was that dog bone knackered in the first place? Also did u get vibrations on idle after fitting polly ones?

the old one dogbone still in good condition, main reason why i change it, course exhaust sometimes on cold engine have noise, looks like touching chassis, i be at AMD but he can`t find anything, so that why i buy dogbone and replace it, and noise gone :) another good point now , i feel less play when change the gear :)

about vibrations can say may a bit more feel vibration on stering wheel on idle , but nothing horrible
