Well tonight, I jacked the car up to replace the droplinks with standards. After a little comparing and USING MY BRAIN, I figured out that the drop links had been fitted the wrong way round!!! Now the guy that fitted them and the garage couldn't figure this out, the garage even had it for a whole day, subframe/wishbones off etc, and I figured it out in half an hour

Looks fine.. Maybe a little lower, but not too much.. Would be perfect if a little lower.. IMO..

And that post you have just posted is horrible news.. Did the garage charge you for a full days labour too? At least its cheap to sort out..

Believe me you wouldn't say that if you saw it in person, that picture's deceiving! Looks like its on 40mm springs. It'll be going back to where it was

They didn't charge labour for that as they had the car for the bush change anyway.

Mine were off centre because of the ARB being too far to the drivers side so it hit the calliper. When in the centre both sides hit because of the wrong fitting!

lol tell me about it. I'll give you a shout if I need anything else sorted but for now its all good. MOT is now tomorrow!

Spent ages looking for the right set, RSII's where the first wheels I was looking for, check the first few pages of the thread

Just found a set on ebay, £700! Should be able to make a healthy profit on mine when it comes to sell
