Nice work on the flooring. My uncle does exactly the same thing mate... I really recognize the machine you have similar to his in his house.

He keeps it there now as he left it in the van a few times and yep, sure thing, it got broken into and stolen! :(

Those sanders are NOT CHEAP!!

no there not. the kit i have is top of the range. for the two edging sander and the big sander in the pic is 10k worth. not to mension the other equipment i have, buffers, delta sanders, vw transporter ect. but what i do is top end of the market, so its not cheap but what you get is the perfect finish.

yeah definitely bud. my uncle has had the same views for along time now and has done some massive jobs. I used to help out when I was at school for a bit of cash in hand on days off during 6th form etc. used to do millionaire mansions when they wanted a dance studio built in the back garden lol!

What fuelling issues are you having?? Bill posted something about fuelling issues in his Badger5 section to do with the breakdown of the FPR. Check that maybe?

hello all. a little parcel arrived today, and its my badger 5 3" tip. my god i cant wait to fit it :)

as much as i want to fit this, should i sort my fueling problems out first. the reason i say this is, i will feel the true gain from the tip when the can is running as it should.

its 3" width all the way down to the turbo, then there is a special adaptor that joins this to the turbo. on a remapped car there has been gains of over 15bhp + just by adding this.
the one i have already is very good and much better than the standard one.

hi brad. in vagcom it shows that the car is over fueling by 13% more than it needs to. this is causeing very bad idle and poor mpg,not sure if im loosing performance. spoken to bill this week, hes given me a few thing to try before i go up to see him.
