You could fit a bulb holder in the main body by the side or in between the projectors and fit a LED bulb in there that should work. I know what you mean about the rings that's the main reason i took the other one off, and now i quite like the one, its different as all the other kits you see have two.

Im with you on that not to keen on the 2 rings do like yours tho it is different to the norm . I do fancy something like the hawk eye lights (not full rings) might have a look at that could simply do what you did with the one you sprayed over really and cojust cover the top of the rings

so when you switch on your main beams dose it take a few seconds for them to reach full brightness? or is it instant?
that little switch you mentioned above has me confused lol

More or less instant. if you imagine a circle (the light) and the top half is covered which is how the dipped is, when you put the main beam on half of the cover flips up so the circle (Light) is now only a quater covered, giving a bit more light.

so when you have your dips on both projectors are lighting? and when you switch on high beam the flap lifts up and the light is brighter??

ah i get you now.. i think lol. so when you have your dip beam on one projector is lighting and when you switch on the main beam the cover goes up on the dim giving out more light while the second projector warms up?

i dont think having the 4 projectors lighting up on dip beam would be a good idea.. im sure it is illegal..

so if i had them set up that both projectors came on for dips in each light unit that would be 4 x 35w which would be more than the 110w limit that you are allowed by law over here
