HI mate you posted on my thread about the front bumper did you have to change the foglights to fit in the new bumper or do they just slot in?

Love the wheels and bumpers mate. I want to do something similar to my Ibiza as you have done to yours i.e. facelift bumpers, weitecs, 17's, remap to 170ish and whiteline rear ARB.....just need to do some more research before I commit to things really.

Where did you manage to get the bumpers from? How much in all including spraying?

Where did you get the wheels/spacers?

Do you have the Hicon GT coilover kit? How have you found the Weitecs?

Sorry about all the questions! :)

Haha no worries mate, I was in the same position as you once,

Bumpers cost me £400 all in, front one was a black rep type one from eBay for about £90, rear bumper again fro
EBay, was just round the corner from me but had parking sensor holes which I guess put people off, that cost me £60, the grilles for the front cost mr about £100 all in from sere motors on her, painting was £150 as I have a very good mate that works at a spray place and could fibreglass the parking sensor holes.

Wheels with spacers and tyres cost me £500 from Projex,

And yep it's the hicon gt's I have, they are brilliant, only notice their stiffness on majorly potholed roads, apart from that they are really comfy, back is all the way down now with adjusters out and front sits just high enough to not scrub 2 up,

Remap was the best buy, I would do that first, I personally haven't noticed any difference with the rarb so I wouldn't buy that again, but that's probably due to my heavy front end,

Hope this helps

Ok cool thanks mate.

What kind of plastic are the bumpers made from?

Have you still got standard brakes with the remap? Are they still sufficient?

Also maybe the rear ARB hasn't been noticed as much cuz you already had it on coilovers? I've been told when I get my rear ARB that it will make a more noticeable difference as mine isn't lowered yet.

Also you reckon I could get 17's before lowering mine without it lookin like a monster truck?

Dunno what plasti it was mate, same quality as oem if not a bit tougher, rear was a standard used one,

Mine had 17's before lowering and it wasn't too bad tbh, you'll get away with it,

Haven't upgraded brakes because standards cope fine, as long as your not flying flat out everywhere and leaving braking to last minute then you'll be fine mate
