Original post below

hi all. iv had my lcr 210 for 18 months now so i thought its about time i did a readers ride :)
i really regret not doing this sooner. any way i will update you all with my progress.
as the title says i am a perfectionist so i try make every thing look neat :).

i only have one pic of my car when its totally standard, this was taken the day i bought the car, and yes i was over the moon

here is another early pics of my bay, it looked like this after a few weeks of having the lcr

at this stage i fitted a new tip, neuspeed induction, forge coldside ans forge split r bov.

by this stage i really had the modding bug :p

i spent alot of time in my engine bay trying to make it look better and better,
in this pic i added a forge 007p dumpvalve and spare jetex filter. i sprayed the engine cover white.

then i added a custom air scoop

.

i then went on to fit 6000k hids, stepper motor oil temp and boost gauge.

by this time i thought it was time to make the car look better from the out side.
i had a cupra r sun strip made. i had the car lowered 20mm all round. refurbed the brembos and fitted some new wheels. these are bbs ch reps and i love them :)
i also had a milltek catback fitted with a scorpion decat, this sound so nice :D
aero wiper blades and skoda octavia rear wiper, carbon badges and last but not least, my tx autosport intercooler, my best mod yet

here is some pics from my intercooler install

i really cant recommend this cooler enough, test show low 20s intake temp on a warm day, also very easy to fit.
the same week i had my polished charge pipe arrive from DK who did a class job. i also fitted a oil catch can due to too many leaks in the pcv system.
i think i have pretty much brought you all up to date.

Very tidy :) I'll be following your progress and thoughts on the downpipe and cat, that could be right up my street.

hi there, yes i have a 15mm spacer fitted, 12mm fits but its too close to the brembos for my liking. with the 15mm the wheel sits flush with the arch.

well today i finally got around to fitting my turbo to charge pipe hose. its pretty easy to do. i removed my charge pipe, you probably could do it in place, but i wanted to save on stress and removed it :)
heres a few pics of todays event :D

all finished

now for the bad point, the heat jacket just fell apart , does any one know if its ok to run without it?

looks awesome with the ch's mate, engines very similar to my engine bay mate, apart from mines blue forge and i love the red!! im not too sure what difference it would make not having the heat wrap, i cant see it making too much of a difference to be honest, you checked ebay or anywher for a used one ?!

lol mo, wayne its going to cost me £215 but that includes runs on the rolling road after :) my car made 215bhp without a maf last time, bill said next time with a new maf it should make even more, so thats not bad for sick lcr 210 :) i must say it did feel alot quicker with the new maf fitted, so im looking forward to the next rolling road runs.
