its quite addictive getting more power thankfully i drive slow vehicles for work so my car always feels quick.

LSD looks like abit of a problem for our gearboxes with them been o2r's. If I don't sell up or save up after hybrid that would be the next logical upgrade. Gonna keep my sachs clutch and abf/g60 flywheel sitting around for now and leave standard clutch in awhile incase I do go for an LSD

Nah never see them out the back they don't rise up when driving cos your giving it foot down again right away! Can hear it bang though from inside! And it's not loud the exhaust, it's resonated and is as quiet as standard round town and on the motorway just loud withyoir foot down!

Yeh he is very good like and doesn't charge a silly amount either! A few people have been put off by him because he's very conserative about his figures but 208hp at the wheels isn't bad going for one of these really and the torque curve is mad on it, explains why it spins up in the damp/wet so easy, does drive awesome. With the hybrid the curve will be loads less aggressive to save the rods but should be nice and progressive but damn quick!

Scott, its the torque that kills rods, not BHP. Try to keep torque to no more than 320-330lb/ft. Remember Dave ran 360bhp on standard rods.

Yeh that's what I meant on the post above, the torque curve will be loads less aggressive. It boosts dead early now then holds and falls off higher up sorta thing, aiming for around 300 ftlb's and 270 odd hp and I'll be happy I reckon. More about the drive haha

ko4 is a pig to fit on our cars mate, would be easier going gt28 or something! Just going for simple cheap straight swap ko3s, its basically a direct fit ko4 i guess, should make the sorta power and torque you guys get out of a standard ko4, though seen abit more from some people. Any more than this i reckon itd be undrivable dailey. Still need to do 400 odd miles a week

yeah got on with everyone was a bugger fittin the engine into the boot of a convertable m3 lol, we squeezed it on though,

im sure the k03s whybrid will be awsome,

and i do the same miles,

hope to have the engine in the car tommorro and then ready for the drive back to coventry on the country roads to break the engine in,

Yeh same bloke, need to ring him this week to discuss what parts i need. Think im pretty much sorted with them injectors off you and that bloke is sending me that maf when he gets back from been away it seems!
