bought a turbo cheep numbers came back as a kkk27 , thought id upgrade it a bit more ,,

ok for a bit of fun ...unsure how a kkk spools as it says 163 in the hotside
going to try 600bhp so next i need a engine block suport which will fit between sump and engine block

sounds like you prefer working on your car more than you do driveing it which is fair enough for the out comes you get after working on it.
that turbo housing looks bloody massive.

not really i just adapt ideas whilist moter is runing , this turbo is only a kkk27 i just adapted the cold side for more boost

i pref rough as ,,, save paint /time/ money, dosent matter what i hit/scratch or mark it with just adds to its look ,,,:lol:

also think im the first to run audi rs4 v6 bi turbo pistons in a vr6 turbo , , and personaly im well happy , finaly got engine run , and got a good afr reading little video here, currant tunie is 640cc injector /tunie 4bar, obd1 converted to 4pin maf, 100mm intake,

had some ecu tuning problems which i couldnt understand which it wouldnt tunie or run correct safter changeing every dam sensor, turbo, wireing loom didnt cure issuise unit i noticed laptop went really bright ,, dam alti over chargeing causeing lots of werid faults , so made it so i can switch from stock ecu to megasquirt ms2 ecu
evern thought it were a boost leak so made a quick tester and pressured engine to 3bar , with no leaks

no just kept with the 16s ,,,as ive banded my own on 225 40 16 , they clear 312mm front discs with calipars on top , about 3/4m clearance ,,lol
