I'll hopefully find out tomorrow what is going on, as the car is booked in to the dealer.
I've borrowed a neighbours jump-start kit to get it moving in the morning.
UPDATE: Got a call earlier to say that the power was out to the entire street where the dealer was, so they couldn't continue with the battery test that is required before a replacement under warranty can be issued. As the test takes 6 hours and they have no idea when power would return, they have to keep the car overnight. They haven't got a courtesy car available.
