4 stud is standard on 16v's 4x100 PCD same as yours will be! The 5 stud is the Golf VR6

Nope dave, the mk3 golf gti 16v (abf) is 5x100 too, its weird!

Also dogbox? Yessssi know you'd listen to me you little fruityyyyyyy lol
Get some wider wheels on ;) there are some 15" BBS E30 super light 3-piece racing wheels, and comes with loads of barrels/lips to make different widths/offsets

On a mk3 vw golf it comes with 5x100, which you can put on, or you can run stock suspension, but this is going to be rubbish if your car is not a GTI model, so your best swapping it over

Mk2 ibiza GTI's are 4x100, so you could use that instead!

Dog box popped up at the right price when I started asking questions! Get my alloys back on the car tomorrow (had them sprayed again) and hopefully my car will be going down to Kent this week to have the box fitted!

Clutchless gear changes FTW :p

I won't be going with wider rims tho, got to think of clearness for the arches, isn't any rubbing going on with this Ibiza!

Well yesterday I took my car down to Saxon Motorsport.... which didn't really go straight forward.

Had to get my tyres fitted to my newly sprayed alloys, which didn't go well (as you will know from reading this thread I have always had problems with these compos) and they marked 3 of the 4 rims :(

Couldn't kick off has he was being silly carful doing them so now I will be buying a set of Speedlines very soon!

Collected the trailer, got home to find the bed of the trailer was loose and once the car was on it the bed would be up against the tyres! Turned out it had a bump and snapped a 16mm bolt!!!! Then had to travel upto Newport to collect another. All of this but me back 3 hours!

Got the car down to Saxon and saw my new lovely box (no photo's sorry) and the car should be there for a week! Can't wait for this box to be fitted, going to transform the way the car is now!

Here's the alloys beofre the tyre fitting and marking :(

Looking lovely and white, never seen them sprayed so well! Credit goes to Matt @ Spraytek.... amazing work!

Red - 02A (CDA) with 3.94FD
Blue - 02A Ricardo with 5.08FD
Green - 02A Ricardo with 4.7FD (This is the set up I'm having)

Sorry about the image looking small... didn't look small when I did it on paint, bloody photobucket! Veiw the image in full and put your reading glasses on ;)

fitter while fiting them.... to be honest I was watching him and he was really being careful with them so not going to name and shame etc, I didn't think he marked them untill I took them in the jeep to polish them.
