I used to think mine looked good after a polish and wax....not compared to yours!

I'm gunna have to invested in a DA to get rid of those dreade swirls i think!

Wayne, from what I've read you would have to be a complete moron to burn through your paint. Have a look on Detailingworld....there's a really good guide on there for using a DA.

glad you all like it guys. it takes a while to get it that clean but once waxed its so easy to keep like this. i clean it every friday and i dont do to many miles so its always looking good!

hi chris lcr, couldnt gelp but notice your from taunton as well, sweet car mate, looks quality, one of your pics is taken at oak manor golf club i beleive, have to meet up maybe one day and chat bout our cars, as ive just brought a mk1 cupra fr tdi, and am thinkin bout remapping it. advise would be gd mate. write back would be good to hear from you cheers.

look up this thread mate. http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=275263 we usually see about 40 cars and 60 people there depending on the weather. all german cars welcome but sometimes aslong as there nice you see some jap cars.
i dropped a few friends off at oak manor and saw a photo oppitunity

just clayed and waxed the car with dodo juice orange crush. all i can say it wow!
ill let the pics do the talking.

Finally got round to doing the charge pipe and manifold. took nearly a whole day to do but the results are great!
engine bay needs a clean so that will be next job.

Got the remap done today and i cant belive how much more responsive it is! i have noticed the dumpvalve that is on the car isnt powerful enough so im getting the 007p next thursday.
overall very pleased!

Looking well pal, what figures did you get after remap?...looks sweet in the darker red colour also... my next job is polishing the charge pipe/mani etc and i need to detail it cause of the swirls but until i find this boost leak they will after wait!!!
