best update the fuel side of things so not to put off potential buyers. it has got better in the last 2 weeks with it not being soo darn cold, and also with some more sensible driving, drove to glasgow today to start the private plate transfer, sitting about 70 all the way and thats about a 50 miles round trip and it barely moved!! was well chuffed, clearly my driving around town is too eratic, nice n easy wins the race!!

FINALLY!!! He admits to having a heavy right foot! This has been a long time coming!
I agree with sensible driving I can drive for 100 miles or so from fill up and the needle hardly moves... I think I read somewhere that these engines are at their most economical around 3000 rpm... I'll find out for definate in a couple of weeks when I need to make a round trip to Manchester.

ok ok, so i have got a tad of a heavy foot, lol. you cant acctually imagine how happy i was when i got home and it had only moved a notch compaired to mid winter. i was well expecting to go away and come back with an almost empty car, but nahh, the fuel light came on later after an extra 30 odd miles....and then there should still be 40 left from the light. that totals about 140-150 to a half tank....thats more like it!!

first things first, cars no longer for sale, infact already done another mod, added a multifuntion control steering wheel, so interior looks tip top. gonna get some paint work tided up and maybe furb the alloys soon i think. had a couple of interest in the car but didnt secure anything so just settled with keeping it and getting another NCB for this year and maybe try again next year......off to another page now to see what the chat is

nice and shiny...will you be able to fix the steering controls up to stereo? As you will need the wiring loom that goes with it?

Nice wee mod the steering wheel is, glad mine came with the car. Who every polished your car can do mine next!
that would have been me who polished it haha, wee while ago mind you but a wash keeps it shiny now.

Cars looking good Scott wondered why you hadnt been on in a while! Steering wheels a nice touch and the car is looking spotless in that picture :D
