Cheers Wayne. Im after either a black, platinum grey or brilliant silver. I know its a shame about the ibiza, love the car so much, great little go kart. Just think i can make more selling the hybrid parts separately than i could with it all on the car. Loving your new beast! :D

Mini update. Been deciding for ages which oil to go for, finally decided to stump up and give her the best (in my opinion of course). Went on EGAY and ordered 2x5litre Silkolene Pro-S 5W40 Fully Synthetic Motorsport oil. She will be treated to her new oil when i get her serviced at AMD in a week or two (80k service :( )

I have heard very good things about this oil, so cant wait to get it in her and see how it performs!

I have to say, after driving my 1.4 Mini One company car for the last month, what a pleasure it is to get back in the little beast. Love her all over again. That nice low down torque pulling me along. It feels so brutal, but it would be going from 80bhp to 225bhp.

Still wanting to get her in top condition and selling her up in 4-5months and getting an LCR. Need to fit a new passanger side side skirt, get my new front bumper sprayed and fitted and give the engine bay a good clean then she is ready to find a new home. Roll on some LCR KO4 power!

Have a few bits for sale, they are in the for sales section anyway but i'll put them in here aswell (mods i dont know if this is ok, if so please delete)

Good to hear you rate the oil aswell. Almost went for some fully synthetic Millers stuff but heard too many good things about the PRO-S stuff. Got 10l liters of it for 90quid with free delivery from a buyer on ebay, ebay has its uses from time to time.

Yeh i know its a shame im selling, after driving it again properly for the first time in ages, it made me realize what a little beats it is on a full ko3s setup. Does make me wonder how quick it may have been with hybrid ko3 power, but the turbo and bits are sold now so onwards and upwards.

Looking forward to a comfy and quick LCR. Want to get it to full stage 2 when i get one in time!

Not updated for a while now..... nothing to report. Working so god dam much these days i dont really get the time to come on. No future plans for the car as such.

Still need to sort a few minor cosmetic things but had no time. List of current jobs are....

1) Get my new front bumper resprayed as its been in the garage for months now
2) Fit my replacement cracked passanger side sideskirt as it looks tatty.
3) Get her serviced. Trying to find time to take her to AMD and book in a service. Got all the oil, spark plugs, fuel filter and air filter cleaner, just need to get her booked in

Thats about it. No plans to do any serious mods to her. May get some ARB's and BFI engine mounts and call it a day. Been looking at Honda S2000's on PH but want another turbo'd car. Having to rule out an Evo due to runnings costs. Im using the Ibiza as a weekend toy at the moment as i have the company far from mon-fri. She still puts a smile on my face though, nice jump up in power from a Mini One!!

Good choice of oil mate, used that in my Teg when i had it an wouldn't use anything else. Will be using it in my next Honda thats for sure :D

I would get an S2000, can't beat a Honda, went from the Ibiza to the Teg and it was the best move i made, sold that and bought another turbo'd car and now i'm getting another Type R in a couple of days, can't beat um :D

Heard very good things about this oil so stumped up and payed for it. Yeh the S2000 is starting to look very tempting now. Rock solid reliability and quick good handling cars. Thinking about DC5's, loved your old DC2. How does a turbo'd car compare to the VTEC experience? Never driven one so i cant really comment, alot of people on here slate civic type r's, i know i creamed a few in my stage1 ibiza. I know S2000's and DC2's&5's are a different kettle of fish. Best front wheel drive handling cars in the world i have heard

Straight line you wouldn't beat your Ibiza, but when you realise its not all about straight lines you realise why you go with a Type R. Evo magazine say the DC2 is the best handling front wheel drive car ever made and i agree with it. An EP3 is refined i would say and quite toned down and not really what a Type R is about in my opinion a Type R is what my Teg was. I'm getting an Accord Type R in a couple of days, for me its the best compromise as i have a baby on the way but i want something fun still. My mate is actually buying a supercharged DC5 and i can imagine that will be immense. I would have a DC5 over an S2000 but thats just me, although i wouldn't say no to an S2000 either. They are pretty tail happy though

In the right gear on the right road theres nothing better than a VTEC, turbo's are fun don't get me wrong, i loved my Ibiza but they seem quite boring now in comparison once you appreciate what a Honda's all about
