Mine was 147hp standard. That was with PD160 intake, Green Filter and exhaust. Not optimistic seeing as most TDIs make over the manufacturers claims

My bad - I thought yours was pretty much standard apart from the zorst.

I know the BLT engines seem to get near on 150-160bhp but didnt realise the ASZ's were higher than quoted aswell!

Spose -2 will help things! But a FMIC is definitely going to be needed.....

Hope you got a video Mike! ;)

P-Torque Stage 1 remap

Well folks, just got back from a good days drive up and down the country. Luckily no dramas with the snow etc as it was motorway all the way!

First off, a big thanks to Will at P-Torque. Great chap and really knows his stuff, well worth the drive for this remap.

I'm sure Mike won't mind, as he doesn't seem to be about at the moment..

He made 228hp and 230lbs/ft I think... sure he will confirm. As I mentioned to Mike though, on a normal day 215hp would be more like it.

A bit dirty after the drive...

All done...

Obviously the conditions didn't really lend themselves to me having a proper play with the finished results, but it seems awesome so far!

A badly scanned graph, but you get the idea...

More to come...

Graph looks good, im sure with a fmic and a map tweak, the power dip right at the end will hold better to the redline with less of a dip ;)

Great figures Mike! Bet your pleased with the results :) How does it feel to drive?

Well pleased with the map! :funk: Car feels like it wants to go as soon as you press the loud pedal. Feels like it has loads of omph for overtaking etc. Was going very steady on the way home because it was so cold/icey... Will be good to play when it is dry and I don't have a TV in the back!

 Graph looks great doesn't it... so impressed with the power hike! FMIC will be on the cards, but not until next summer probably...

Exhaust news

Well, I discovered that there was a Powerflow dealer right near P-Torque (Will has used him before and rates his work...) Took the Ibiza there after the remap (on the way home) and 20mins later I had a different tip on the exhaust! Its a slash cut design, much better than the old one. Will see how long I still like the exhaust for.

Didn't have any ovals in stock and this one was on my original short list...

FMIC will be on the shopping list next year. The list keeps on getting bigger though!

*EDIT*
I've also got a yellow spring in my Forge 007p now too, more thanks to Will!
