Altech's was a bit "optimistic" on standard power too! Hmmmmmmm.

Get a video with the new zorst! :D

Mine was 147hp standard. That was with PD160 intake, Green Filter and exhaust. Not optimistic seeing as most TDIs make over the manufacturers claims

At the mother-in-laws in London picking up a TV. Will post updates when I get home... this is typed on my phone!
VERY pleased so far... taking it very easy though! Guesses of final BHP figure?

201bhp :)

Hi Guys

I will let Mike tell you what power he made, but I will give a small clue. The FR runs K03S turbo, the ambient temp today was -2.0, and I ran a nice tweaked map on the car.

Oh, and 163hp on this model is very normal considering the temp today. Normally we'd see about 155hp.

So, any new guesses?

Looks like your pushing these a little further now after pushing mine with standard exhaust on, Will :)

My guess, 218bhp and 235lb/ft.

Close. Slightly lower torque, slightly higher hp.

I must stress the ambient temp today in the workshop was reading -2.0. Compared to a ambient temp of say 15, you can gain 10 - 15hp on these, so the boost will peak that little higher for a short peak on the dyno.

Blimey, thats very good!

I'm sure Mike won't mind, as he doesn't seem to be about at the moment..

He made 228hp and 230lbs/ft I think... sure he will confirm. As I mentioned to Mike though, on a normal day 215hp would be more like it.

Great results, Will :D

Did you log it on the rollers? What g/s was it pulling if so?
