Im sure when I put mine on it found the centre of that rubber itself. The screw just goes down and the bottom of it goes into the groove and holds it in place.

See the passenger head light, above it on the panel there is a bolt. It is inline with the edge of the battery. In the small section that is lower than the rest of it. Thats on the the bolts. There is one on the other side to. If you can get your head in and see the mounts on the radiator you can follow the screws up.

also i might have a new slam panel (as one of the legs that hold the rad on mine is kinda broke) but the person doesn't know if it's from a AC/Non-AC ABF? does it matter?
so i can sort this problem once and for all!
