I don't know what happened to my initial topic, it seems like it vanished.

Please find below details about my project, it's still a work in prgress, however I am very happy with the current results.

Seat Leon Cupra 2009
Lumina Orange
2.0 TFSI, 240 BHP in the initial configuration

Upgrades:

Bilstein B16 Coilovers - setting 4, lowered at max
Eibach Anti Roll Kit - Stabilizer Bars
Forge Cold Air Intake
Forge BOV Spacer - which now seems to release boost (might quit using it soon)
KMD High Pressure Fuel Pump KIT
Denso IK22 Spark Plugs
Motul V Power Racing Oil - 5W40
Full Turbo-Back Exhaust by Milltek - non resonated version, special oval tail pipe
Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2s white alloys - 8Jx18", ET 45mm (8.700 kg each instead of the initial Orion alloys 12.000 kg each)
Revo Stage 2+ (actually running with Boost 6)
G Tech SS - for the shiftlight, mainly

Immediate Future Plans:

Audi S3 intercooler - waiting for it to arrive, hopefully allowing Boost 9 and better timing.

Dyno Test

x x

Power: 380.6 BHP (6,611 RPM) - approx.
Power: 325.0 WHP (6,611 RPM) - approx.
Torque: 469.0 Nm (3,728 RPM) - measured

The white is nice with the orange. Headlight brows

You wont be getting 380bhp at the fly with those modifications by the way.

Thank you, all. Sorry for the late reply, I was a bit busy lately.

A video with the Dyno Run may be found HERE.

I've noticed that the runs were all in the 5th Gear, the car was going to 250 km/h. I will try to upload another video that focuses on the inside of the car. The outside temperature was quite low (around 5C), maybe this is why the power / torque values are higher than expected.
Revo indicate on their webpage a minimum of 360 BHP and 468 Nm for the above mods (Stage 2+).

I will come back after the intercooler installation, hopefully this week.

Happy tuning, guys!

Stage 2+ mods include the intercooler, and that dyno run will have have therefore been completed without being at "stage 2+" despite running stage 2+ software. That is the reason I questioned the 380bhp. There are a few MK2 Leons Cupras on here with Revo Stage 2+ code and all the parts to make it run to its potential, but none have made 380bhp. What was the wheel horsepower out of interest?

I also have a question about the light brows - dont they affect the range of the light output?
