Well....I've just spent god knows how long reading every word of this thread and I'm not sure words can describe just how amazed/overwhelmed/impressed/etc I am by it all!

I only wish I had half your knowledge mate!

Good luck to you for the rest of the build and I'll look forward to seeing the end product!

cheers well theres nothing else to change i found a injector resistor at fault its made it better and revs clean but , i carnt get hold of the lumpy idiol issuise ,, after re doing all the inlet manifold /injectors seals, and inlet gasketsasi thought it maybe air , i can only think its now engine related ,so ill have to take it for aspin and see if a run will sort the problem as it maybe a bad valve seat
fitted another wideband and finished the engine bay off too
decided to fit lauch control

lol cheers guys , to fit lauch control ,and wire bits up 1.20mins done :p then decided to do further ripping into the engine why i havent got a decent idiol
right ive had a dam problem with lumpy idiol , after 3days of rechecking wireing /maping it has to be a internal engine problem , so removed the rocker cover and found this (pic upside down) ull notice the cam timing isnt algined , as i couldnt understand why as i know i algined this with a locking tool , so thought , i better do more detailed removeal
207ok8y.jpg

so stripped off the vvt pulleys then the rear plate and found this
2mhvo8g.jpg

a brokern piston ring on the cam? as it looks as it been digging in the vvt pulley causeing it to lock , i assume with oil pressure ,making the timing no to algin ,,

so replaced all 6 of the oil rings and re fited the vvt and vvt pulleys re timed it up and yipee , it now starts and idiols loads better ,and nic vacum at 20

nah, rat look ftw. Id have it on steelies or sumthin **** haha try to hide the brakes from giving an inkling to what power its hiding
tryed but wheel banding is exspensive and finding 17 steel rims, to clear the brakes was a pain so opted for some alloys to fit over the disc brakes:)

Engine bay looks the sex now.

You'll hafta get some tatty 13" wheel trims with some sort of black border around them and glue em over your alloys...

oh and btw I fully think you should put that shyte canopy back on ;)
cheers guys regard rims theres no way 13/14/15/16 rims can be fitted due to the sump/rear axle mount and from 334mm disc conversion to stop the bugger :D
