help doing some tests

hi guys, just purchased full vagcom licensed.


need to check the following

secondary air intake pump. have a code p0411 on this, need to check its operating fully.

and also lambda 1 operation.

also need to log for boost leaks and want to check the n75 for faults.

can vagcom pickup a tensioner pulley fault, on cam or auxillary... i.e timing correction etc

sorry for the questions total novice on this, but would like to learn all bout vagcom logging etc.

its not an ebay cable but the fully updated version.

full autoscan done on the beetle(wifes) pulled this code p0411 again. no lambda code though, did on the generic code reader??

did a test on sai, seems to work fine powers up and runs.... can hear a hissing under the beetles intake manny though whilst pump running. i guess theres a split vac pipe there somewhere, i know its a beetle, but anyone got any pics etc of beetles with the common vac pipe splits to help me locate it.

Is it a 1.8T? Pipe layout under the mani is same as LC
