Thanks DPJ i will try my oem dv later see if that helps, N75 pipework is fine though, Limp mode it seems like but i did have a lambda fault but replaced lambda and cleared codes and still limp? Now i have no codes after nearly 3 weeks. But surely limp mode wouldnt make the turbo work 100% all the time to achive 7psi?(Block 118). I will have to try someones n75 if they will let me at next derby meet.

N75 is trying like hell to get the requested boost

actuator pressure is what you are running at. N75 likely kaput. 1st thing I would swap for myself (but I carry spares so easy for me)

I dont think I have ever noticed a request duty cycle when the cars been in soft liimp mode to comment id the duty cycle @ 100% is indicative of limp or just N75 fault.

if you can go into output tests in engine control, one of the tests cycles the N75 so if its dead it should click click click but wont when in that cycle. worth a go to confirm its dead jim. :)

But for some reason im boosting at 20psi and holding! not complainig but it must be remapped, how can i tell? So happy now :D feels faster than my mates astra vxr!

If your holding 20psi boost to the line then you are mapped.

I think standard boost is 12psi ish.

But as always a log will tell for sure.

Only way you can tell if its mapped is to log boost, block 115.

Who's Jim, by the way?

Jim is Ibiza cupra (badger 5)
Ok ill have to do some logs soon, gonna changed my dv green spring to a yellow later to see if it holds better, most gears it holds to 20psi and slowly drops after 5500rpm to 17/18psi. just wanna make sure its not overboosting as the n75 has been connected wrong for god knows how long?

zero is'nt a bad thing.. just means your not pulling timing, OR flipside of that coin is there more timing in there to be had also,.. :D

So was the electrical connector on the right side, and the longest stud went to the actuator instead on the TIP? Just curious...lol

With that MAF reading you are mapped.
Between 239BHP and 249BHP
But if all of a sudden you have lots more power just enjoy that for now, there will be plenty of other things to spend your money on.
Just take a read of some of the readers rides threads this will give you some money spending tips:)
An OEM mapped 210 BHP LCR is very equal to a OEM VXR so a mapped one should have the legs on it
