If you want max g/s then go for a metal guaze filter rather than a cotton one but filtration isnt as good.
Probee have you seen the Dynatwist XXL considering we are using only the XL version, its rated 100 bhp higher than the XL so must flow better too.
Forgive my lack of knowledge but surely its not all about air flow but the temperature of the air going in the car? No good have lots of air flow if its hot air?
I think this is why Probee hit the jackpot because of his twin cold air feeds from the fog lights feeding his modified dynatwist. Only problem i got with the dynatwist design is the metal used...surely thats a magnet for heat?

On another note, going back to the modified heat shield absorbing heat due to being metal... I have the carbon bmc... you can see where I'm going with this... is it worth modifying this in a similar way?? Not sure if I could plant a different filter in there easily though??
